Lorna will take you through the many fascinating records that build a picture of a house, who lived there and the lives they led. Using case studies this Tutorial will offer great insight into the records and how they link with each other.

Useful for those with Scottish ancestry or who wish to find out about the may records that can be used to trace a history of a house.

Lorna is a graduate of the Institute, who gained her Higher Certificate in 2013 and her Postgraduate Diploma in Genealogical, Palaeographic and Heraldic Studies with the University of Strathclyde in Sept 2015.
