You will be aware of the tragic events in Southport on Monday. I just wanted to remind you that the General Register Office for England & Wales is based in Southport and so it must be a difficult time for the staff who work there, even if they have no direct connection with the children who were involved in the attack.<\/span><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Please bear this in mind before contacting the GRO regarding delays or errors, or making complaints.<\/span><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

I know that there are also many LostCousins members who live in the Southport area, or have relatives there. My thoughts are with you at this difficult time.<\/span><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
